Fully Guided Adventure TripsSummer FunThe first week of June celebrates the official opening of the summer tourist season. Good fishing, paddling, and hiking opportunities extend until approximately the third week of September. The midnight sun is present during most of June and July, with August also being exceptionally bright with up to 20hrs of sunlight per day. Fully guided summer fun packages are available for:
Winter FunThe first snow of the season comes in late September. The first reindeer roundups of the year begin in late October when snow blankets the ground. Snowmobiling adventures commence in November, as well as cross-country skiing, and ice fishing. The winter season extends until early May providing up to 8 months of a winter wonderland. Northern Lights are present approximatley 200 days per year and are most visible between October and April. Fully guided winter fun packages are available for:
